Computational Structural Biology Group

PhD Position in below areas:
1) CAR  Design:  Our project aims to develop an optimized CAR targeting cancer-specific antigens through a combined in-silico and in-vitro approach. This initiative merges expertise in CAR-T cell biology, computational structural modeling, and machine learning to establish a rational design methodology. The project involves the utilization of advanced molecular modeling techniques, including AI-based AlphaFold2, homology modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, and free energy calculations. Candidates will gain proficiency in tools such as GROMACS/AMBER/NAMD, Discovery Studio, AI/ML, and experimental methods like protein purification and protein-protein interaction studies.

2) Structure based Drug Discovery:Our project aims to discover a potential anti-mitotic agents using the computational drug discovery, machine learning and molecular dynamics simulation approach followed by in-vitro approach. Candidates will gain proficiency in tools such as GROMACS/AMBER/NAMD, Discovery Studio, AI/ML, and experimental methods like protein purification and protein-protein interaction studies.
