PLACEMENT CELL ACTIVITIES : JULY 2015

Summer Internship presentation was successfully conducted by the students of MSc. Statistics, 2nd year. All students exhibited a holistic analysis of their respective companies & work areas.
Summer Internship presentation of MSc. Biological Science students was also conducted & all students presented an in-depth understanding of hands-on experience gained during tenure of internship.
The 1st complete aptitude test, as part of the Aptitude test training for Campus placements was conducted on 20th July for the 2nd year students of M.Sc. Statistics.
All placement and summer internship information was completely updated for placement related information to be featured on the placement website.
All the first year students for the 2015-17 batch for both Biological Science & Statistics were oriented about overall placement related activities & interested students have been asked to be a part of the placement cell.
The Placement cell has been actively involved in procuring sponsorship from companies of repute & right vendors for 2 workshops which are:-
- Sankhyiki 2015, for Dept. of Statistics
- National Seminar on Spectroscopy & Analytical techniques, Dept .of Chemistry
