The Sunandan Divatia School of Science (SDSOS) is known for offering students a friendly and most vibrant academic environment by inculcating great human values, ethics, innovative ability, and responsible citizens of this country.
I am happy that the success of our academic programs is recognized in academia and industry because of the young and dynamic faculty members and their dedication. All the faculties are Ph.D. and have relevant post-doctoral research experience from reputed universities abroad. All the faculties are very active and can be witnessed by the number of extramural research projects and publications in highly ranked academic journals.
Our mission is to develop capacities of the students who can really change the socio-economical development of the nation and to direct the innovative ideas and energy of students in a productive output. Our students also play an important role in making these programs successful through hard work and continuous approach towards finding solutions for challenging issues.
My personal approach has always been to create a conducive environment for all scientific endeavors from the laboratory to filed with an equal opportunity to everyone. The time and money invested by every stakeholder should be used sustainably for a better tomorrow. We will provide a strong platform for incubation of novel ideas, developing proof of concepts, and converting it into a successful venture. Faculties of SDSOS, research scholars, UG and PG students are ambassadors of NMIMS and will lead need-based research. This environment empowers students to pursue their scientific interests and become leaders in their future careers. We are constantly inspired by the accomplishments of our graduate students, at SDSOS and beyond, and it is a privilege to have a role in their training.
