PLACEMENT CELL ACTIVITIES : FEBRUARY 2015
FOR DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS
- Cognizant conducted the Campus recruitment process for the MSc. Statistics final year students.
- Cognizant selected 2 students for the same. The package is under negotiation. The details of summer internships for MSc. Statistics first year students are as follows :-
- Galderma India selected 2 students.
- Ultramax conducted the interview process for the same & have interviewed 8 students.
- UCB Pharma conducted the interview process for 3 students.
- Axion Connect has shown interest to take students for summer internship. The process has been initiated.
- Future Generali has agreed to take 2/3 students for summer internship. The process has been initiated here as well.
- Sales Tax office conducted a meeting to formalize the summer internship process. Initial process has been started.
FOR DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES AND CHEMICAL SCIENCES
The details of summer internship for MSc. Biological Sciences first year students are as follows:-
- 1 student has been sent for the interview process at Enem Nostrum, her interest being in Pharmacy
- 2 students have applied in SRL Diagnostics
- 2 students have applied in Suburban Diagnostics
