Academic/ResearchExperience

Dr. Harinder has been working with Sunandan Divatia School of Science from June 2016 and has over 19 years of research/teaching experience, which includes over 12 years post Ph. D work. He obtained his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, India, where he worked in the area of cyanobacterial stress response. He worked in a private company as Research Scientist immediately after his Ph.D. Later, he worked as postdoctoral researcher at Korean Atomic Energy Research Institute, South Korea and then at IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India. He had also worked as an Assistant Professor in an undergraduate college before obtaining his Ph.D.
