Research Summary:
With rapid and continuously evolving energy storage technologies there is always scope for technical advancement in performance and price fall. When energy storage is combined with energy conversion technologies, these hybrid technologies are becoming cost competitive with fossil fuel power plants. Our research focuses on the development of novel materials for energy storage. Various possible combinations of metal oxides and carbon-based materials are being directed and expansively studied to explore the plausible benefits.
