SYLLABUS FOR ENTRANCE EXAM INTEGRATED M.SC. IN BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES AND B.SC. PSYCHOLOGY)

• The entrance test will have 40 MCQ questions of 2.5 marks each to completed in 1 hour duration . Section I will have 20 questions will be based on aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning and Section II will have 20 questions based on general knowledge which includes questions on English language, Maths, General science, Chemistry and Biology for 10th, 11th and 12th Standard syllabus. Following are the topics on which the questions are set. 

• Section I- Aptitude and logical reasoning questions (20 questions): 

• Aptitude: Number Series, Percentage, Average, Ratio and Proportion, Numbers, Odd Man Out and Series, Problems on Ages, Time and Distance, Time and Work,
• Logical Reasoning: Letter and Symbol Series, Logical Problems, Analogy
• Verbal Reasoning Questions: Blood Relation Test, Logical Sequence of Words, Seating Arrangement

• Section II- English, Maths, Science Questions (20 questions)

• English: Grammar, Synonym, Antonym, sentence completion, ordering of words/sentence
• Maths: Decimal Fractions, Average, Percentage, Ratio, Probability, Algebra
• General knowledge: General Science, Chemistry and Biology
