Dr. Ruttuja Karkhanis More was previously working at National Forensic Sciences University as an Assistant Professor at School of Behavioral Sciences. She was also the Program Coordinator for M.A/M.Sc Criminology and M.A/M.Sc Forensic Psychology from 2016.

She was also associated with Rashtriya Shakti University as a visiting faculty in 2015-2016.
