PLACEMENT CELL ACTIVITIES : OCTOBER 2015

The 1st Campus Placement for the students of MSc. Statistics final year was held on 12th October 2015 by Blue Ocean Market Intelligence, a global consultancy.
The package offered by Blue Ocean MI was 7.5 lacs p.a. This has been the highest package offered to MSc. Statistics students till date. 5 students were selected by Blue Ocean MI.
The 2nd Campus Placement for the final year MSc. Statistics students was held on 14th October 2015 by TCS.
TCS selected 3 students offering a package of 7.25 lacs p.a.
The 3rd Campus placement for the students of MSc. Statistics was held on 27th October 2015 by Willis International. Results are awaiting for the same.
The Summer Internship process for the students of M. Sc. Statistics has been initiated with few companies.
Students have submitted their CV’s for the same.
All the 10 students of M. Sc. Biological Sciences have started with their 6 months’ research project from 13th October 2015 at their respective Research organisations/companies.
