School of Science, jointly with Mithibai College and Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai organized an interactive seminar on ‘Opportunities in Health Care for non-medical professionals’. 180 undergraduate students from the science stream of Mithibai College, Bhavan’s College and Nationals College attended the seminar. Dr. Nilesh Gautam, Senior Interventional Cardiologist, Asian Heart Institute Mumbai showed a video and presented about the various courses offered by Asian Heart Institute in collaboration with School of Science. He also gave an insight on the culture and profiles at Asian Heart Institute. The Central Sterile Supply Department Manager, Mr. Murli, briefed the students about the importance of the central sterile department in the hospital. Ms. Mini Hariharan, Head- HR, explained the placement and employment policies to the students.
