School of Science celebrated ‘National Education Day’ on 11th November 2011 with the theme “Emerging Trends in Science and Technology”. A series of guest lectures by eminent experts followed by a poster competition. Shri. Balwantrai Seth, Vice President, SVKM was invited as the Guest of Honour.

Thirty eight students participated in poster competition in groups of two. The poster competition was based on the following themes: Health and Disease, Pharmacology and Drug Discovery, Nanotechnology and its applications, Green Chemistry, and Application of Statistics. Four best posters were given cash rewards.
